自行搭建类似服务：gh-proxy cf worker版本部署

登陆cloudflare，取一个子域名如：github（https://github.otherbanana.workers.dev/）
创建一个workers，复制index.js，到左侧代码框并Save and deploy，如果正常，右侧应显示首页

为了满足需求，修改index.js，实现CDN加速机场链接

因为电信宽带无法直接连接workers，在无法直连的情况下，相当于没有CDN加速，也就是没有任何作用
解决办法：绑定自有域名到Cloudflare Workers
